If you're here, then it must be that time of year again and our annual Dîner en Noir event in your Host City is quickly approaching.  Part fully immersive fine dining event, art & business networking opportunity, health information resource, and community fundraiser, Dîner en Noir (#DEN) hosts member-only, fully curated, 3-part, black attire experiences held in secret locations in cities across the globe.  With a mission of combating racial & financial inequities in arts programming, small business/economic development, and health and wellness education in the vulnerable & under-served communities of our Host Cities around the globe, #DEN Events is an exciting and elegant way for members to support their local community.  Our members and their guests of local & global small business owners, entrepreneurs & professionals, artists & art lovers, city & community leaders, advocates & stakeholders, and social, media, & cultural influencers will enjoy an evening consisting of an Aperitif Welcome Reception, Seated Dinner, and Digestif “After-Diner” Party that will benefit local non-profits aligned with our mission.

Established in 2016, Dîner en Noir has become one of the coolest & chicest ways to give back and support your local community. Partnering with us gives you one of the best opportunities to meet and network with the city's thriving #DEN Members and their guests. While partnering sponsorships are a great way to keep membership and tickets cost low, each partnering sponsor request will undergo a rigorous review to ensure that the proposed partnership falls in line with the mission of Dîner en Noir.  All partnering sponsors are required to give a direct benefit/discounted return to members/guests either during the event or after the purchase of a ticket/event registration.

Future Partnering Sponsors should know that the actual seated dinner is just one part of Dîner en Noir equation! Our typical schedule is built around networking, drinks, food, live music, and support of our local vendor partners.  In fact, most of our events consist of a 3-part program that includes an Aperitif Cocktail Party, seated dinner and Digestif After-Dîner Party.

As much a social & networking event centered around food, drinks, fashion and fun, our mission of promoting the local arts and business communities provides the backdrop! Extraordinary attendance aside, Dîner en Noir partnership program is a unique sponsorship opportunity as approximately 64% of our attendees would be considered high net worth, high income-earning & well-educated by any standard.

Each year and through our strategic partnerships, Dîner en Noir launches a massive pre-event marketing campaign in its respective markets. In additional to social media marketing, Dîner en Noir using conventional advertising reaching a protentional 75M+ household via the Roku OS and its ad-supported streaming partners (Hulu, AppleTV+, Paramount+, PeacockTV, etc), and 100M+ active listeners via the SiriusXM platform (iHeartRadio, Pandora, podcasts etc.) generating millions of valuable impressions that our partnering sponsors directly benefit from. The event day is just one part of the marketing and brand awareness benefits. As a Partnering Sponsor of a Dîner en Noir event, your company will not only receive amazing day-of benefits, but also endless brand recognition for months leading up, and after, the event, increasing your measurable return on investment.

 

We are pleased to invite you to join us as a Partnering Sponsor or Vendor for this #DEN Event in your specific Host City, nationally, internationally.  Host City Partnering Sponsorships opportunities are available from $5,000-$20,000, while specific Vendor Opportunities are avail from $300 - $700, and additional sponsorship opportunities from $500 - $1,000. During the Aperitif Welcome Reception, we will be providing spaces for vendors in our Hospitality Hub, which serves as the heart of our event.

Please note that the Dîner en Noir Worldwide's corporate team reviews all Vendor & Partnering Sponsor Applications. We reserve the right to deny vendor space or partnership to any group or organization that does not support at least one tenet of Dîner en Noir’s mission statement.
