Welcome to Dîner en Noir Worldwide ("DEN," "Dîner en Noir Worldwide," "we," "us," or "our"). Dîner en Noir Worldwide is a subsidiary of HNC Enterprises, Inc. and operates a private, membership-based cultural, professional, and community engagement platform through city-specific Host City Communities and related national and global network experiences.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of our website(s), digital platforms, online content, forms, communications, and related online services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. Scope of Site Use

The Site is provided for informational, membership, registration, purchasing, communication, and engagement purposes related to DEN’s programs, memberships, events, offerings, and operations.

DEN reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action relating to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.
